Wow, this is a rare case where I like the base more than the tower. The nod to Moorish Architecture looks great.

So they are keeping the existing Salvation Army Citdadel façade since it is designated historic (http://historicpreservationmiami.com...on.html)...one of the few Miami buildings still surviving from the 1920s:

Also, I was wrong about Moorish style, it is Venetian Gothic.

The MIA, Austin & Nashville are still having little mini booms... it's impressive considering the fact that we're sort of in a recession with high inflation and high interest rates but yet they're still building strong
