The crown in the newest rendering is much more refined than earlier versions . I think everyone will be in favor of the finished “design “ upon completion

They should be a big, fat 200-foot spire on the back and really make it look like a vacuum cleaner.

Looks like they're starting the middle portion which encompasses the 40th floor area. How long do you think this will take before we start to see the tower portion take place

Man, it wasn't all that long ago that The Shore and Hotel Van Zandt were the tallest buildings in Rainey and a jarring contrast to the historic bungalows surrounding them. Now they are completely dwarfed by the surrounding towers.
