Anyone have any info on this proposed 188-unit apartment building where a couple of houses are currently located?

All this new development around Cyrville Station, yet Richcraft is still sitting on that giant patch of grass in the middle of Place des Gouverneurs right next to the station. I don't get it. I know Richcraft operates in a bubble of Molasses, but I still thought they'd wrap that project up by the time light rail arrived.

Never expect Richcraft to press on the gas. Slow and steady, all the way. At least they always deliver decent projects, even if it takes 20 years.

As for this proposal here, looks nice. Some interest in the design. Nice scale for the area. What is that pit stepping down in the back?

It looks like an amenity space in the basement - you can see it on page 1 of the floor plans
