TCU Development Corporation is proposing the redevelopment of 1184-1196 Cummings Avenue with of a six (6) storey, mid-rise apartment building with a four (4) storey low-rise profile at the rear of the site. The proposed development includes 188 dwelling units, consisting of 57 studio units, 101 one (1) bedroom units, 6 one (1) bedroom+den units, and 24 two (2) bedroom units. Limited surfacing parking is proposed at the rear of the building screened from the public realm, with the balance of the spaces provided underground. A total of 37 residential parking spaces, 19 visitor parking spaces, and 184 bicycle parking spaces are provided.
All this new development around Cyrville Station, yet Richcraft is still sitting on that giant patch of grass in the middle of Place des Gouverneurs right next to the station. I don't get it. I know Richcraft operates in a bubble of Molasses, but I still thought they'd wrap that project up by the time light rail arrived.

Never expect Richcraft to press on the gas. Slow and steady, all the way. At least they always deliver decent projects, even if it takes 20 years.
As for this proposal here, looks nice. Some interest in the design. Nice scale for the area. What is that pit stepping down in the back?
