That will be a traffic clusterbomb if they don't put lights on it at some point. One would think they would put lights on that, and close the current entrance off of Mtn Road to Sobeys/Dairy Queen to improve traffic flow.

the shannex property was an inheritance, McCrea estate, where one of the heirs was holding out for a big enough payout, $6mil was the number that was often thrown around because I believe there were 6 heirs.
