A user want to start making drawings but he dont receive the confirmation mail

A user wants to start making drawings for the site, but he has tried to register in both the forum and the diagrams section and he has not received the confirmation email

I have spoken with him about it and i write here to know if some administrator can fix the problem, I can't say their email account here, but I can tell it to an administrator privately.
