Oh yea, this is going to be a beautiful building.

I wish parking podiums/garages were as well hidden or non-existent as this here. The Republic does have above grade parking right?

I wish there was retail along 3rd instead of garage entry/exit points.

It's crazy how such a large office building is really just now starting to appear on the skyline given it's roughly half built.

I took this pic yesterday. They are working on the 42nd floor, so about 5 1/2 left plus the crown.

Correct, currently framing level 42. But the Roof is level 49, plus the mechanical Penthouse, plus the steel crown work. So 7 more concrete floors to go.
