Up close the cladding is giving serious Cesar Pelli vibes (reminiscent of Petronas Towers or 18 King Wah Road in Hong Kong), which is not a bad thing at all. The base and lobby look absolutely amazing, and that dining area is going to be a huge draw. The 'hat' at the top bothers me a bit, but it's at least unique, and can see myself coming around to like it over time. Foster + Partners rarely misses, so excited to see this rise.
