There must have been some kind of activity on site because these yellow forms on the west side of the site were not there previously when I was last there June 4.

But generally speaking, this is microscopic progress for one month.

to June 4, 2024

Here's another comparison from the east part of the site.

It does look like some concrete was poured.

So I'm not sure if the site became active for like a day and the stopped, or it just recently became active.

I'll stop by again in the not so distant future to make a deduction.

microscopic progress

you are right, this is a microscopic progress for a couple of moths due to as I heard only 7-8 people is working at construction site.
I think the main problem of this project is financial.
home prices are dramatically falling in Florida and Miami.
real estate is not the most profitable way of investing money anymore.
