That's the longest I've ever seen that put off. They have to shut the site down at some point anyway, so just do it before it becomes dangerous

Maybe they intended to and got delayed for some reason

Looks like they're working on the 10th floor, which I believe is the parking deck wrapped in a little bit of residential. After this, another 10 stories for the office component before we truly finish the podium and move on to the 40 odd floors of residential.

I think these next ten floors will move much faster than the first 10 and the final residential portion should shoot up even faster as the floor plates get smaller.

Good call, you can see that round column on the left side of the floor they're doing now. Should be the first setback level, amenity I assume.
