Another Mixed-Used project proposed for SoBro at 600 4th Ave South by Pinnacle Hosp Partners in Nashville ESA is the architect, and the project will be 24 stories and 288' with 284 apartments and 218 hotel keys. I suspect the apartments will be STR's.
