I hope they introduce the splash of colors from their original renderings on the white portions of the inner south and west facing walls. Just a great project. Street level is impressive too, just walked by and there seems to be some usable interior space now and the gym is quite far along.

Edit: wow I’m having a real Mandela effect moment rn. Could have sworn it had like a mural on the white bit, but now that I’m looking at all the renderings I see it’s blooming trees within the rendered landscaping. Man I could have SWORN. Weird. Anyways that little structure within the nook looks cool as hell. Great building.

I'm hoping for a stunning lighting display, as it's the new entrance from the north.

What a big difference a simple cornice makes (although it should've continued around the side).

For some reason, I've never really noticed the low part extending back before.

Stunner.

The pictures don't do it justice. From 2nd and Poplar, the presence of this building is massive.

This and their other planned tower at 2nd and Callowhill are really going to bridge the gap from Old City to Northern Liberties. It's really not a far walk but it's so unpleasant in terms of trash/noise/big intersections. Eventually PennDot will clean up and landscape a bunch of these intersections around 2nd/95/676 as well.

The pictures do not do this justice.

IRL, this is much more impressive than both the initial renders and these pictures both at ground level and all the way up.

The driveway entrance under the cantelever going onto what will eventually be the pedestrian block running parallel to 2nd Street is exceptionally well executed.

Some more shots of this one - the sidewalk is open again and the landscaping really looks good. The public courtyard area is looking quite nice.
