Those prices are bonkers. Those are basically Bay Area apartment prices, but I'm struggling to find a high-rise complex up here as genuinely good as this.

The Camelback Mountains

"...revealing panoramic views from the Camelback Mountains to the City skyline." (See penthouse description). Now I see why they're renting a two-bedroom apt. for $6,000 a month. You get to see all those Camelback Mountains! Why did they wait until this time in my life to tell me there were so many Camelback Mountains.

Possibly, the part of the U.S. between Mid-town Manhattan and San Francisco.

Wow...well, you can try...still have two years. See how it goes...then, can start lowering.

I'm Sure it’s just generic pricing. No one is saving an apartment right now to live there two years from now……
