They have now finished pouring both the west and east end 6th floor stairwell/elevator shaft concrete walls. Have also installed structural steel posts and beams for the 3rd floor slab. Should see precast concrete floor slabs being installed next week for the 3rd floor.

The mechanical penthouse elevator/stairwell shafts are now poured. They are forming a small concrete shaft for what I assume is a utility riser of some kind. They have also now started installing some of the 3rd floor precast concrete floor slabs on the west end.

Have started landing the 6th floor precast concrete floor slabs today. Should see the structural steel for the 6th floor posts and roof cross beams going in next week. No reason the structure including the mechanical penthouse shouldn't be installed before the holiday break.

Roof concrete slabs are now installed and they have started installing the structural steel for the mechanical penthouse. Making good progress with the steel wall joists both on the exterior walls and interior.

City notice on social media indicates the crane will be coming down the first part of the week, meaning York St will be closed for a few days.

They finally setup the mobile crane today and are removing the tower crane from this site. Yet another tower crane gone from the city skyline with Drewlo's crane on Talbot St likely next. From the heyday of a couple of years ago when we likely hit the peak of 20 tower cranes up in London we will soon be single digits.

Exterior cladding now being installed on the south side York Street facing facade. Hard to tell if it is metal or some kind of concrete board.

The masonry contractor has completed the west side elevator shaft brick install. They appear to be installing solar panels on the south facing wall of the elevator shaft. Also now starting to install the exterior brick along the York and Richmond podium facade. Still alot of exterior trim final touches left around the windows on the higher floors. They appear to have made progress on the interior finishing with signs of drywall now up.
