Love the last pic.

The lighting fixtures attached to the podium are on.

From Urbanspace LinkedIn:
"Early this week the 56th floor was poured, our highest residential level. This leaves the construction team only a few more weeks from officially topping out the building."

Nice! That only leaves the rooftop and the mechanical units on top. Probably only about ~40ish feet left.

Looks like there won't be any great skyline views from this tower, unfortunately as Waterline rises. But it's not nearly as bad as cities like New York.

North-facing units will have pretty good views methinks... at least until the Waterline second phase goes up. Like this:

I thought it looked topped out too but I'm excited that there's still 2 more months until the top out party

I'm pretty sure the opening visible in the top level in the last photo above is this (source: https://modernaustinresidences.com/floor-plans/)

The elevation drawing on this one always confused me, but I think there is still the top portion + the part where the glass sticks out on the crown left. Maybe something like 30ish feet?

Yes, it looks like it. The wraparound billboards are gone, too.

Technically yes, but it gets some sort of glass parapet that makes it a little taller.

Urbanspace's hospitality side is saying there will be a "member's only social club" at the base of this, which may be a bar, etc. in the evening.
