Huh, they're labeling the sister tower 1105 W Carroll slated for a 2025 date?

Wonder if they actually do plan to break ground on the tower next year, or if that means little and it's sidelined until interest rates come down.

I imagine those trees are probably suffering in this heat. Not a great time to be planting them.

15 years ago this building would have been unimaginable in this part of town. I hope they keep packing in the residential in this area to support Fulton and Randolph and just march both of those westwards with boutiques and restaurants. I wonder how long until we see the next hotel proposal?
