The perfect city

If you could pick any 2 cities to make the perfect city what would they be? Doesn't have to be just American cities.

What if I feel like the perfect city has already been made

Seriously though - I'm sure there's many of us that may feel like we already live in the perfect city - Which is probably how it should be.
