I had some free time today and decided to create the same Miami development summary, but for FTL because the city is booming.

*Demo is not under site prep, demo is tagged with (DEMO) in bold in the proposed tabs. Developments that are cancelled or inactive for multiple years including URBN At Flagler Village, Flagler Village, etc.

Because this is pretty lengthy and time consuming, I'll add more neighborhoods including Harbordale at a later time, while also adding some more missing proposals.

In total, Fort Lauderdale has 16 buildings (12 floors or more) under construction. One building not on the list which will later be added is the hotel at the new Fort Lauderdale convention center.
