Man Philly disappoints me sometimes. It's always the phase two, unique tower that gets put on hold indefinitely and then canceled. I know Brandywine is in this for the long haul, so I don't doubt they'll build something there eventually, but I wish the order was flipped on which tower they constructed first.

It makes no sense to build this tower first, especially not speculatively. 3025 has a residential component that makes it much more attractive to build first.

Yeah I get that, I guess it’s just more that I wish the residential tower that got built first was the red building.
