Citadel is expanding more of their office space. They are growing from 93,000 to 130,000 SF to make room for more employee relocations from Chicago. Citadel expects around 450 employees to be working in 830 Brickell. Citadel is also leasing at the southeast financial center.
At 830 Brickell, tenants include Microsoft, Marsh Insurance, A-Cap, Kirkland & Ellis, Sidley Austin, AerCap, Banco Satander, etc.
Citadel is still planning their flagship office (rumored to be a supertall). It could possibly be revealed tomorrow if the UDRB releases their files, but don't hold your breath.
