The LIC skyline is in desperate need of a supertall. There's an open lot or two still available. Hopefully a developer dreams big and doesn't get the top chopped off by the FAA.

i don’t think lic or jc developers for that matter are going to get any supertalls past the faa.

that said, if they go for higher quality designs and/or striking designs, like the jc jenga tower for example, that would be great.
