Agreed. They've always built higher quality than the other developers, but recently, they've really stepped up their design game.

Would love if they could include a hotel component to Sky and push the City to rebuild Dow's Lake Station.

That's sweet. I like the white banding on the otherwise glass/spandrel corner. Breaks it up a little bit.

Amazing shot! really good angle showing the different roof steps. I would love to see more like this tower its a very simple tower yet everything is perfect. The pattern of the balconies adds an interesting design effect, the window vs spandrel ratio/colouring is just right... chef kiss!!

It's almost like the architect has been creeping around on our forum and reading our critiques on rooflines, balcony glass, spandrel, etc. and put this thing together!

I like the bare concrete at the top. That person on the bottom setback is going to have a very nice balcony.

More roof features please!

Great addition to the Parkdale skyline. Sitting at the boardwalk of Zibi I can't help but think SoHo Parkdale could have been something else. You can barely notice it.

The particulars of the building are noticeable although I wouldn't say they stand out from that distance. Dale 1 still steals the show due to its roofline.

At the time SoHo Parkway was almost controversial due to its height. How times have changed.
