Interesting how they are adding masonry to the corner columns like that vs. just making the reinforced concrete columns a bit thicker. One would think that would make it more structurally sound that way.

Is the podium red brick tiles, or like a wallpaper pattern? It's tough to tell, but like the splash of color.

June 4, 2024.

This building looks beautiful in person. It adds so much to the streetscape and neighborhood. I'd love to see more of the interiors. From the website(s) they look amazing.
