Hopefully this is not dead. I really loved the height and size of this tower.

Me too. This became my favorite yet to start project after the Conrad was cancelled. Two other significant projects that are still showing signs of life in the permitting process are 506 West and the 3rd & San Jacinto towers.

Honestly, I won’t be disappointed either way. We either get a decent (slightly better than generic, but not excellent) tower or roll the dice on a different proposal in the future which could be better, could be worse, or could be about the same.
