It's popping out well from some views now. This will be pretty dominant!

Since it doesn't show well in photos for some reason, the cladding is precast concrete and has a nice texture in person

Any leasing info for companies who might take over the lab space in this building? (I'm looking for a job in this industry so I'm curious lolol)

Only thing I see is what's on 3201cuthbertstreet.com and SmartLabs. Based on the first website, I think all of the listed leased space belongs to either Drexel or SmartLabs.

Windows look great. I'm super excited to see the rest of the glass rise, I have a feeling this is gonna end up a stunner. Def looking forward to seeing this and the other lab in front of it across 32nd in the lot to the north of Caneris Hall from a Regional Rail ride or 76 perspective once they're both completed.

Walked down market yesterday and surprised how prominent this building is. Interested to see how the cladding ends up looking at the end.

Yeah it has tall floor heights so it's prominent despite its floor count. It's a little taller than Broad + Noble

Had reservations when the cladding started to go up. From both the ground and afar it appeared too... flat. Most buildings using form stone like this break it up with a brick pattern, but this building seems to use larger panels that make it feel... too smooth? It's odd.

Now that much more of it is on, I don't dislike it as much. In conjunction with the interesting windows it makes for a rather pleasing project from these distant views. I'll have to walk around when it's done to get a feel for it up close.
