They've been doing "great" with that. Just start with The then add an "interesting" name. That's a problem I have with the Star Wars sequel trilogy too lol

I kind of like it. You won't get confused as to where it is... I think the "The [insert name here]" feels less genuine whereas this is embracing the location and it just calls the building like a regular Philadelphian would call the building - by its address. Using a recent example, the Ryland in Old City, if you say "I live in The Ryland" most of the time the other person will say "where is that?" A made up name may change over the years, but the address will stay the same. So why not just use the address?

I completely agree. I think all the new names like Avira and the Ryland and what not sound kinda tacky. The only one I actually like is the Piazza but I think it's just because I really like that project.

You only get to name a building if it looks old. The Alexander works.

Agree, especially with 'The Ryland', it already has a nice sounding address that would be perfectly fine doubling as a moniker: One Dock Street.

The red cladding definitely stands out more during winter. With the sun being higher in the other three seasons, the red looks more dull. So, prepare to get good shots of it in six months!

I think mentioned this before but the white bands really save this building design - whether from close up or from a distance, they really pop.

I feel like it's intentionally designed for the thinner face to hide the red metal cladding, while the other face allows it to pop in sunlight. I love it, duality
