Not sure - probably not. I didn't realize they started on the 550 ft tower first.
Some articles say the 848' tower which broke ground in last fall is scheduled for completion 2028 but that seems pretty long - unless that's for all 3 towers. So it will be a race...

The latest pic I saw for Okan was on linkedin. It shows rebar a floor above the ground so I think they're beginning on the first floor now. This will be a tight race!
Great to hear. I will check it out maybe next week.
I feel like Okan and Waldorf are more complicated builds and will take longer than Baccarat. We'll see.

Man, that area looks like a war zone now. I’m trying to imagine what street level will be like when most buildings are finished and ground floors are leased up.
[QUOTE=Altoic;10201342]Don't worry . The tower is now rising above the ground.
I do not think so dude!
no one is working at construction site last two weeks, be sure!!
zapatan is right. I think there is a financial problem in this project...
Hm, hopefully not! I wouldn't write it off as financial problems so quickly. This project has been notorious for randomly stopping so they might be continuing that tradition.
I checked permits, nothing out of the ordinary. Sales have gone reportedly well on this also.

Fingers crossed everything is fine though!
if there is no financial issue, maybe there is a design problem or engineering problem in this project.
