This tower is going to be part of a crowded block of King St., with 369 King going in between it and the tower seen on the right side of the rendering above.

I hope the people living here don't plan on catching the streetcar to take them to work. Unless they want to ride on the roof.

There`s also speculation of an office tower for the NW corner of King/Peter (currently 2 storey building with Shoppers Drug Mart). With all this high pressure for redevelopment in the area, I wonder if the Mountain Equipment Co-op on King Street (just west of Peter) will be next.

The club scene will likely be shifted further west. A lot of clubs have already opened along King, west of Spadina.

We`ll see more classier clubs, pubs, and bars because of the condo boom. And less trashy 905`er Jersey Shore wannabes.

Clubs west of Spadina too rich for Caltrane, or too snoby to let me in, regardless of how much cash I have in hand.

Of course, I'll admit I'm connected as well, got hook ups at West, the Spoke Club and the Spice Route, from my Magazine (Media) and Friends from childhood.

This is 42 floors....same design, expect movement on the site relatively soon (in the next few months). Sales should be going on.

This building has the added bonus of blocking out Bisha.
