Miami Skyline by night?

I know it is beautiful in Miami and the real estate values and home owner's insurance costs are just as beautiful. It is paradise in the lower 48 I always say and the only area with a truly tropical climate, too.

The city does have some nice buildings but it has become rich people's playground. The poor and even middle class are being squeezed out of the desirable parts of Florida.
