+1C and sunny in Moncton at 3 PM.

We got only a few cm of snow from the storm last night, and it mostly all melted. The majority of the precipitation here was rain, and we had a pretty wild temperature swing overnight (-1C ay midnight, +9C at 5 AM and back to 0C by 8 AM). The bulk of the precipitation fell during the brief pulse of warm air.

Central and northern NB did not fare as well, with significant snowfall, wind and power outages for thousands of people. Inland New England also got significant snow (25-35 cm) while coastal areas like Boston got nothing. It was an inland event.

A beautiful day, currently 12.9 and sunny. The cold spell last week didn't have much effect. It wasn't cold enough for ice to form in the shallow (about two foot deep) pond out behind my house and the ground did not freeze despite our lack of snow cover. It slowed down the progress of plants and trees a little, but spring flowers continued to bloom. Lots of daffodils out right now and I even saw a nice red tulip blooming down the street.

I think I chose a good day to just stay in and rest.
Overcast and gloomy with showers developing by late afternoon.

Monday's high at Vancouver Harbour was 11 C, the low was 7 C.

9C and sunny. A bit breezy so not quite as pleasant as you would expect but for late Match absolutely no complaints.

Low of -1C (wind chill of -4) this morning.

The warmspot was Cheticamp, NS at 19.5C.

Warmest low was Cheticamp, NS at 13.2C. Would be the warmest low this year if the temperature holds but I doubt it will since that is the temp right now and it keeps falling.

A rainy morning, now just overcast with a pretty seasonal high of 7.

Yesterday was very nice, a high of 9.6 and brilliant sunshine. A decent Easter weekend on tap, albeit cooler than originally predicted.

7 day average: 8/10/7/6/9/7/4

BC looking beautiful on the last page. Bar none the best Spring climates in the country.

Glorious. I walked home in a light sweater with sleeves rolled up.

Made me check St John's temperatures today... high of 3C only. Close to the freezing mark most of the day.

Tbf, 3C & sunny in late March (high sun angle) can feel quite warm, if your are dressed appropriately and it's not too windy.

It's a mix of sun and cloud and 13 degrees at just before 2pm today, if that impresses you more.

Rinse, repeat, the only difference is that the temperature has fallen to only +2C

Rain all day and all night, changing to rain mixed with snow tomorrow. Southern NB is stuck in an atmospheric river coming up the east coast.

There is quite a bit of water ponding in the back yard.
