There has been so much high-rise development in Midtown's core that it's hard to keep up these days. Currently there are approximately 16 or more buildings under construction, topped out, or just beginning the leasing process.
So, which MARTA station stands to benefit from all of this development?
Keep in mind that 12/13th street is the unofficial demarcation line between Arts Center and Midtown transit stations, and 5th street between Midtown and North Avenue stations. Just my 2 cents.
