29 Severn Street | 16.6 m | 5 fl | Proposed

***I made a mistake with the title, can someone change the height to 16.6M? Much thanks.

5 Storey residential/commercial building proposed at 29 Severn Street, just off of James North.

The proposed development has 1 commercial unit on the ground floor/cellar with 6 residential units above.

Architect is Toms + McNally. Developer is unknown at this time.

Documents can be found in the March 23rd agenda for the Committee of Adjustment, however no more detailed info is provided at this time aside from the elevation and a few preliminary site plans.

Location:

29 Severn Street, Hamilton ON.

Curious to see a good render and indication of materials (but the architect has done some really nice smaller scale projects so that bodes well)

There are many small vacant or underused lots where something of this size would make a lot of sense.
