Nice tour. I like that you included a lot of pics of houses as opposed to simply the usual highrises. There's a lot of interesting variety in those single family homes.

I was recently shown some new homes in south Edmonton and one of the upcoming area's had nothing but 1-5 mil homes for sale and they were huge...

I will take a photo tour and post in the coming days.

nice pics whyteknight . . . you managed to get David Murray's new building and his old house in that set.

Those first houses in skunks hollow have some wicked views of the skyline.

Anybody know what's up with that house right in Mill Creek Ravine? I've always wondered how they got that property.

Not sure, but I believe there are five houses in the ravine altogether (three that are pretty much cut off from the normal residential)...a buddy of mine used to rent a room in one of them. Evenings there are just amazingly quiet, and the star-gazing is phenomenal even though you're still in the city.

Cool images, this house has an interesting approach to design...I expect there is a fair amount of light coming in from the top.
