Thanks, bro. That is one massive hole. It looks like they are making some progress on the foundation or whatever that black rectangle is

I'm pretty sure it did. Red River was blocked off on Tuesday night all the way from Cesar to Davis.

Amazing work! It’s crazy how little coverage the Travis is getting as far as construction progress given that it’s almost 600’! Is that whole footprint with the two blue cranes just The Travis, or is one of the cranes for The Ritz? If they’re both for The Travis, it’s hard to imagine how you’d fit another tower into that tight space.

Those cranes are for the Travis. The Ritz "site" is still owned by Genesis. I think that entire section owned by them is like 2.47 acres. Or maybe I am getting acres and hectares confused. That deal has not been finalized. It is really hard to imagine how it'll fit there, though...or how construction can coincide for both

That's a very large and deep parking garage. It might not be above ground until late spring or summer.

Great video all around, thank you. Appreciate you getting the skyline shots and showing the other Rainey district construction as well. That massive footprint of the Waterline is jaw-dropping.
