(I thought it was OK seafoam - it looks to me to be tinted rather than natural iron-in-the-glass seafoam, and it's a good contrast to the 1970s black and chrome eccentricity of 333 Seymour).

The lower floor cladding looks lighter than above, because there looks to be fritt that is blocking out the void spaces
around the curving ceiling at the entry. That causes a patchy appearance.
Pics were taken at 6:30pm, so fairly low light.
It does brighten up the area, although there is Conference Plaza kitty corner which also has sea foam green glass.
I did not take note of 333 Seymour's base.
