I had actually hoped they would be able to keep more of those trees and keep the walk open during construction. (I'll take a diagonal path where I can get it!) Guess not...oh well.

I'm just glad to see that it's finally underway. They've been talking about this, and the new neuroscience building, for YEARS.
For the first time in history, Penn actually has to keep up with DREXEL when it comes to development of its campus and University City.
Not that I'm complaining. There's a tremendous amount of synergy and critical mass that's developing among Penn, Drexel, CHOP, and the Science Center, which is taking University City--and by extension western Center City--to a whole new level.
