Hell, why not the colorful windows like the Seattle location? Its a bit of lipstick-on-a-pig, but something none the less.

I always thought of this block as built out with 600 Congress and the old municipal building there, but nope, there was room for a hotel after all.

I adore this project and often forget about it. I love when teeny-tiny lots/blocks/parcels get used up for dense housing/hospitality/office.

Nice. Perhaps we get a Republic site update in your latest photo round up?

Just a few shots of this one. Expect a round of updates Thursday.

A few more from the Paramount.

What a weird building. I know logically that it's only blocking windows that are part of One American Center's internal parking structure . . . but it feels really off when you're looking at it.

You beat me to it. I was going to say the same thing. It looks unplanned ( and it is )

I like the height and the addedd density, but there should be some way to cover those window.

It looks like somebody converted the back porch into a gameroom, using bubba down the street who didn't ever file any paperwork with the city so inspectors never made a visit to make sure it was all up to code.
