The detailing and repetition kind of celebrate the work of a machine. None of the detailing exhibit the sort of hand craftsmanship you find in older buildings. The pilasters are these scored grid of lines, smooth braked spanrdel panels and large panes of glass. It’s all very mechanical and modem. We’re just not used to this level of quality so that anything not all glass and flat panel is “old style”

It does borrow historic ideas like the Chicago window and classical proportion, but those tenets are timeless

^ this building just looks so random and has no flow to it...both with color and balconies in random spots..the top is way to blocky as well...beside the details and the metal i dont see whats so great about it

I spent a good 15 minutes looking for it no luck.
I also know one Bennett park and one grant park also have earthcam webcams but again never found em
