This and 325 really stick out from the north. They fill in the gaps and raise the entire level of the skyline

This and ATX Tower are fundamentally very similar buildings, essentially a few floors of office squished between a large residential tower and its parking podium. But the difference in massing (and quality, in my opinion) is striking. This is shaping up to be one of my favorite projects in recent years. ATX Tower, is not.

Agreed. And the crown on this one will put it well over the top. This is shaping up to be a notable addition to the skyline. ATX tower seems like it's just going to blend in w/ 6x.

Floors are numbered all the way up. Looks like they are on floor #42 now (see 2nd photo below).

That seemed like it really picked up at the end! I actually expected/wanted this one to look taller than it does

It still has a crown, but I’ve noticed that too. The Travis looks way taller despite being shorter. It must just be the location.

The crown itself is about 50’. There’s an equivalent of about nine and a half more regular-sized floors worth of height left to go.

Believe 50' would be closer to 4-5 regular sized floors (of residential depending on ceiling height), but absolutely a significant portion of top!

EDIT: With the remaining floors, absolutely - 9/9.5 floors of height left!

Can someone sneak a peek at that striped screening on the rear!? Wouldn’t it be funny if the nicest podium screening we have was on the back of this bldg for nobody to see.

Excited to see the crown on this and how it will complement The Austonian.
