Co-working giant WeWork confirmed plans to lease nearly 50,000 square feet, or two floors, in midtown’s Coda office tower. Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported on the expansion in February.
New York-based WeWork is muscling up in Atlanta’s tech friendly intown submarkets. The company leases more than 250,000 square feet across five locations in Buckhead and Midtown.
Just drove by the site today and notice that the base of the crane is in place on the southern portion of the Anthem tower. So hopefully by this coming Monday, we'll have another blue crane on the midtown skyline.

Poke Burri founders Ken Yu and Seven Chan have signed a lease to open a second Poke Burri at The Collective. Poke Burri, which got its start in East Atlanta Village, is a sushi restaurant that offers dishes like sushi burritos, poke bowls and novelties such as sushi doughnuts and sushi corn dogs.
Portman also inked a deal with the owners of salad shop Wildleaf to open a second location at The Collective.
