Nice!

Oh dear lord, The Republic is beautiful. What a great job they did in designing that. I think it will be my favorite building in the skyline if it's built. So sleek and smooth. Unlike anything that has been built so far.

Take notes, other designers.

To think that lot was once going to be an ugly little courthouse... So glad a grassroots movement mobilized against that idea.

It's a lovely design. Kind of like a little "Shard" of our own. Neat! Just add some of that Frost Bank "crown jazz" on the top and Pow!

Cool. Another surface lot bites the dust.

They ought to consider extending the train a few blocks.

Austin really needs a streetcar system like Portland has. What a World of difference that would make!

Nah screw streetcar systems. They're a waste of money. When you factor out Toronto then streetcars have been a monumental waste of money for the putrid ridership they generate in North America. Toronto is the only city in NA that's made the most of their streetcar systems. ATX needs a below grade (underground) or above grade (elevated) light rail system. That would make a world of difference.

Streetcar systems can be great if they are used as actual transportation systems and not tourist circulators. See: almost every first and second tier city in Europe.

Beautiful design honestly for the republic. But this tower needs to keep up with the joneses. Dig in the couch and get the funds to prop her up another hundred feet. *See the Frost bank tower..

That would be great if it was a little taller, but still think it’s a great addition.

You know it reminds me of a smaller version of 609 Main in Houston.

Love it........at 586'....we have another potential tower that blows up the 400-500' threshold and has some substantial "girth" to it!!
