That would be going south down King Street West. It's a Kitchener thing.

Was early for a meeting in the area, so stopped by to take a couple up-close photos. This one's been topped out for a while.
From the visitor lot of the building next door.

Less zoomed in, same spot.

Parking deck along the eastern property line.

It's not a construction update. It's a skyline model and not one that realistically showcases how an under construction tower will even look in the skyline as it's primary focus is proposals that may or may not ever be built. IMHO, this is the wrong thread for it to appear this frequently. You have a dedicated thread to post as well.

Opening this thread and being disappointed by this than an update is alot less benign having to go through these god damn pop up ads.

Well then, we'll have to agree to disagree on this subject.

This is essentially complete; the signs say 'now renting'.

That said, the area between the building and fence will still clearly need work.

50 Scollard looks good and them balconies railings make Aqualuna high end fashionable. For every 50 Scollard and Aqualuna there are two dozen Whitfields. The spacing between the red vertical accents is comparably consistent to the typical tower in Toronto. However, the random glass, spandrel, and mullions bridging those spaces are worse typical.

These are looking great! Question: are they reserving a portion of the units to house Indigenous people in Vancouver in need of housing? I forget all the details about this project.

Halifax's three tallest active construction sites;

WYSE TOWER - 27 Floors - Harbourview Area Dartmouth

ONE 77 - 32 Floors - West End Halifax (now our tallest building)

HalifaxDevelopments.ca (Photo by David Jackson)

Halifax's future tallest building will start construction this Spring. LITTLE BROOKLYN I (of 5) will be 40 storeys and located at the MacDonald Bridge in Dartmouth (less than 100 metres from Wyse Tower shown above). Cresco is the developer. There are no renderings for now.

There is another construction site in Dartmouth. It is also right next to MacDonald Bridge. It's a Manga Hotel project that is supposed to be 3 - 40 storey towers. They got the pit dug and started pouring footings before mysteriously removing all construction equipment around New Years. The rendering is still on their New Developments Page
