The project is essentially complete! The Jersey city skyline is getting to look very powerful and I'm hoping that Newark's skyline can look even more powerful than JC's skyline, only a matter of time. Good job, guys!

The Kingdom of Jersey City. Journal Squared in the background, center.

I hope Phase II and III of URL happens (Urban Ready Living) on a side note.

^^^^

I recall way back that they were waiting for Phase I of URL (Urban Ready Living) to sell out before working on Phase II. And than one phase II sells out, phase III but this has not happened, even though Phase I did very well.

I'm going my memory here and this was before Covid and than Covid happened.

Funny thing is that the demand is there, as seen with One Journal Square by Kushner and that 2024 will see Pavonia rise as well. IDK why URL has fallen short considering all the other towers rising.

Could be that they are waiting for the right time, I think. I don't believe its been canceled, the additional phases, so hopefully it'll kickstart in time. 2024, lets hope. Its clear that Jersey City has become the refuge for NYC demand.
