They had a really cool full page ad in the most recent issue of unique homes magazine... This is going to be awesome!

^ I agree. It may not have the height that some of the other proposals have, but this is probably my favorite project going on right now. 50% pre-sold? That's very promising!

I was driving by the lot the other day as well and noticed how small it seemed for such a large building. Great infill.

This building isnt that tall but if I am thinking the right way it should look gorgeous from City Park/Museum of Nature and Science (it will tuck right in under 1999 broadway from there won't it?) and esp from the new condos in City Park West.

It's my favorite simply because the location is so trailblazing. It has the potential to open up a whole new frontier for downtown.

It will also help balance the several *hopeful* new additions to the skyline. All on 15th street, they will not be as viewable from the east, but one lincoln park , north broadway, and any future buildings there will help compliment a great view from city park.

^ I think they are all going to be on 14th street, not 15th. But close enough. I definately like the way this new building will look. Who is the architect on this one?

Agreed. That side of downtown is definitely under-developed. It will be nice to see the high density development expand to the east.

The scoop: Groundbreaking is scheduled for March 20th. Also, they are planning to start Phase II before this one is even finished!

Wow! Only two weeks until groundbreaking, kick ass!

Great to hear about Phase II as well... Which lot will Phase II eat up, again?

If even HALF of Phase 2 ever gets built, that parking lot sea of hell at 20th/Broadway/Lincoln will finally be a thing of the past! Awesome!
