Me neither. I'm wondering, did that little shopping complex on the right ever fill up with shops/tenants, or are they mostly still just sitting empty?

That was my first time in like 9 or 10 years as well. Did not go inside the shopping area but last time I went, they were all empty as well.

I’ve been out there a number of times recently and not a single shop.

Before the pandemic, there were only around five shops. The last time I went was during the pandemic, and I believe that's when the remaining shops closed.

That area is really starting to become noticeable on the skyline from southwest Austin now. 700 River is starting to become noticeable, and Vesper actually stands out pretty nice. With all the other towers planned there, including Waterline and the handful of other 500 footers and 600 footers it's going to be pretty incredible.
