My Villiers Island penthouse is on the south-west corner of the terracotta tower in the centre of the pic, over-looking the parks and Cherry Street North bridge.
You'd think with all the engineering that goes into creating those column-free corners every 6 floors, they'd make them open terraces instead of hiding them behind more glass. We've seen enough fake surface-applied diagrids that I really hate to see real ones underplayed and mistaken for the former

The corners still have columns though, all be it thin ones.
Aqualuna looks to have excellent quality workmanship and should only get more interesting as people move in. Is the plan still to ‘shrub-ify ’ the exterior to the same degree shown in the renders?
The day after massive flooding of the Don River Valley. Ironic that a major flood event occurs so soon before the northern plug to the new river valley is planned to be removed (a highlight of the $1.3 Billion flood protection work).
