Photography: Excellent as always.
Building: As good as it's going to get, I guess.
Garage: Fugly.
Walkway: Should be enclosed and climate controlled with doors on both ends.

Fugly perhaps, but you'd be interested to know it does have a couple retail spaces facing Ave B/Brooklyn

I don't even understand. Is this completed?

It looks like they wrapped the buildings in painter's tape and forgot to take it off.
