The Cleveland Dam will probably never, ever be raised. At least as long as people live up the banks from it. Maybe it's my Vancouver drinking water privilege talking, but it always seemed crazy to me that people lived
right next to Capilano Lake, I mean they could do anything to that water, I've seen The Tuxedo (2002)! Keep our water safe up in the mountains please!
