The white trim and painted undersides of the balconies is a nice touch:
Disappointed with the basic, super cheap balcony railing choice though.
There is also scaffolding now up along King William to begin laying brick on the podium levels. Looks like they will be using real brick and not pre-cast panels, which is a nice touch.
