Ten-storey student residence proposed for Gordon Street
The 389-unit building would be built on the site of the current Days Inn at the intersection of Gordon Street and Harvard Road

"The plan submitted by a numbered company that owns the Days Inn calls for 389 "post-secondary school residence units with 520 bedroom units" at 785 Gordon St... An application has been made for Official Plan and zoning bylaw amendments."

The plan also calls for 587 square metres (1,926 square feet) of commercial use on the ground floor and includes a total of 220 parking spots, both below and above ground.
