I agree that this seems to be a mistake replacing industrial land even it was not very productive.

A multi use path to Braid Station would be a great along United but that would still be a 30min walk.

It could take the same route as the 159 even it if is a further distance.

Edit: Reading the document it sounds like it would be adding service to the 159, not a new route, and routing though the site.
